Terms and Conditions
- Bet Builder is available on Soccer, Tennis, Basketball, American Football, Baseball, Rugby Union, Rugby League, Ice Hockey, Australian Rules, Boxing, MMA, Limited Overs Cricket, Formula 1 (pre-race only) and Handball.
- A maximum of 12 markets from a single sport can be included in a Bet Builder Bet.
- Within a Soccer Bet Builder bet a maximum of six players can be selected per team for goal and card markets. For example, up to six Liverpool players can be selected as an Anytime Goalscorer in a Man Utd v Liverpool Bet Builder. These players could then be combined with up to six Man Utd players to be booked in the same Bet Builder to have up to 12 selections.
Exclusions and Void Bets
- Bet Builder bets cannot be included in Banker, If Bet, Reverse If Bet or Teaser bets.
- Edit Bet will not be available on any Bet Builder bet.
- In the event that a market within a Bet Builder bet is void/pushed, then the entire Bet Builder bet will be void/pushed excluding Soccer and American Football Bet Builder bets which include any player markets. For Soccer and American Football Bet Builders which include any player markets, if your specified player does not start the match then selections will be made void and the odds of the Bet Builder will be recalculated for the remaining selections e.g. if your chosen Goalscorer or Touchdown Scorer does not play, that selection will be made void and the Bet Builder will be recalculated for the remaining selections. Alternatively at the time of bet placement for Soccer Bet Builder bets, you can choose within the bet slip to ensure that if the selection becomes void, the entire bet will be made void.
- In the event of a selection within an Aussie Rules Bet Builder bet resulting in a dead-heat, your return will be divided by the number of participants that have tied. As an example, where your selection is one of two players who have tied for most disposals on the Most Disposals Groups market, you will receive one half of the return for the bet which you placed.
- If a selection within a Tennis Bet Builder relies on a match event that does not take place due to the outcome already being determined, bets will be settled as lost – e.g. if your Tennis Bet Builder includes a selection on Rafael Nadal to win the 4th set and he wins the match 3-0, the Bet Builder will be settled as lost.
General
bet365 reserves the right to remove the Bet Builder feature for any customer or group of customers where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the customer or group of customers is misusing the feature.
bet365 will not be responsible if the Bet Builder feature is not available for technical reasons.
bet365 reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a Bet Builder bet if the bet or a selection within the bet is settled in error.
bet365 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet requested for any competition or market or bet type that is included in the Bet Builder feature.
bet365 reserves the right to amend, suspend or remove the Bet Builder feature (or any part of it) at any time for any event, fixture, market or customer.
